Beetroot pizza

Tired of the usual pizza?

Try this delicious beetroot version.

You can make it with a normal pizza dough but, if you wish to taste something more sophisticated, you can use a puff pastry instead.

And here the easiest recipe you ever made:

Take a roll of puff pastry and put it in a pie pan. 

Cut 2 or 3 beetroot into thin slices and cover the puff pastry. Add salt pepper and olive oil.

Prepare the oven at 375F. Bake the beetroot pizza for 15-20min.

In the meantime cut a buffalo mozzarella in slices. When the pizza is almost cooked add the mozzarella and keep in the oven for 1 or 2 minutes more.

Serve with a merlot or pinot noir wine
